Reviews & affiliate policy

1. How we check customer reviews

You add a review through the chat with Jeva AI (the "To add a review, contact Jeva AI" button on a product's reviews page).

1. First we ask: "Have you actually used this product?" If the answer is no, no review is created.
2. Then we ask for a rating from 0 to 5 and a description of your own experience (at least one sentence).
3. We ask whether your name may be shown with the review. Your name is only shown with your consent.
4. Every review is first saved as a draft. A JEVA staff member checks the draft; it only appears on the website after approval.

The draft reaches JEVA in one of two ways:

• Logged-in customer (once customer accounts are available): the draft is sent from the chat directly to JEVA, without WhatsApp.
• Visitor without an account: the draft is sent to JEVA via WhatsApp. We check it and, if it complies with this review policy, we usually publish it within 24 hours.

We do not automatically check whether you bought the product from us or via a partner link. The check consists of the question about real use and the review by a staff member.

2. Who publishes

Reviews are published by JEVA Techniek on the product's reviews page.

3. JEVA's rating is separate from customer reviews

• JEVA may give its own rating of a product. It appears in a separate block with JEVA's name and is marked "JEVA Techniek rating (not a customer review)".
• The average of customer reviews is calculated from customer ratings only; JEVA's rating is not included.
• If there are no customer ratings yet, the rating shown is JEVA's, with the label JEVA.

4. Affiliate links and commission

• JEVA Market contains affiliate links to partners such as Amazon (amazon.nl) and bol. If you buy via such a link, we may receive a commission. This is also stated in JEVA Market itself.
• A purchase via a partner takes place with that partner, under its terms. You can also request products as a quote from JEVA via the cart (via WhatsApp); that is a quote request, not a purchase.
• Prices and availability at a partner can change. The price on the partner's website at the time of purchase applies.
• Paid placements are always marked "Sponsored". There are no paid placements at the moment.
• ⚠️ TO BE PROVIDED: confirmation that a commission does not affect the order of products or JEVA's rating.
